Open Forum

Thursday 10th December 2009

Members are invited to attend an Open Forum in the clubhouse on Thursday 10th December 2009, starting at 7:00pm.

This will be a good opportunity for all members to make their views known on any issues that may be of concern to them.

The Committee will also take this opportunity to outline its plans for the future direction of the club - i.e. 2010 and beyond.

Despite the heavily publicised turmoil within the global economy in recent times, our club has weathered the financial storm very well on this occasion. The Committee aims to not only maintain our current position, but to improve upon it, and the Open Forum will enable members to take an active part in this process.  

It is hoped that members will use this opportunity to provide constructive and positive viewpoints so that we can all move forward together and, ultimately, benefit from a strong and successful golf club. It is, therefore, important that we achieve a good turnout of members on the night.

Every member is very much valued by the club and their presence at the Open Forum (even if it's only to listen to what is being said) will be greatly appreciated.

Any member wishing to discuss the Open Forum in advance can email their enquiry through to the club, or; speak to the Secretary or other committee member in person.
